Being Informed
I put forward for your consideration that all of reality is governed by cause & effect and that everything happens for reasons, because. Even life, even in our choice, that thing which we choose is done for reasons and never leaves or disembarks from being cause & effect. Though still choice, but for reasons. The future is determined by what we choose. We are not mere slaves to cause & effect, but are rather living instruments that develop the future as time unfolds. We can be the cause & we can see the effect, measure it. May we also measure the steps needed to achieve reality respected, for it is the most noble goal & the objective literal best outcome there is.
We need to be preparing for every conceivable contingency (& for every inconceivable one as well). Security first, privacy can wait. We must implement the Universal Identity Program, concerted breeding program, prophylactic care program (preventative medicine), augmented reality, autonomous vehicles, exo-skeletons, armor, FTL travel & communications, early onset specialization educationally (also academies), dietary regimes, neurotropics, consciousness storage technology with cast application, 3D Printers resource & recycle management, efficiency outlay models of domiciles & other structures, DNA editing (ex. CRISPR), offspring bearing pods, reality reversal tech, fitness regimens, smart sleep accommodations, smart chair support, gravity manipulation/displacement tech, mechs, and more.
We need to start training and converting people to reason (that is respect of/for reality) and we need to do it yesterday, today, & tomorrow, until all of reality is secure & all life free. Until reason reigns eternal.

Life is deterministic free will, we choose for reasons, but all those reasons boil down to cause and effect, particles and forces.
I was always going to write that, but I still did have a choice, and I chose for reasons, the cause that pushed me to the effect of writing it.
