Earth should have a concerted effort breeding program to maximize genetic potential, taking from all races and making hybrids, probably with an emphasis on intellect, but likely also professional ability in a wide range of areas of expertise. Heritability is very real, but we also need to find out the capabilities of ourselves and others so we know which genes should be matched with others for testing purposes and implementation. We must not squander this opportunity we have.
Moving forward, all children should be born via birthing chambers, so our personnel do not have to carry them around for 9 months as they gestate. The government should create academies to raise them from birth into adulthood, having them all become military police scientists.
Now that someone exists, great, I welcome them to reality, to the land of the living. I'll work to bring them back ultimately, the same as anyone else, but that doesn't mean that people have to be born if it doesn't make economical or reasonable/feasible sense. If they can't be properly cared for, if they have genetic defects, etc., they don't need to be born. The pregnancy does not need to reach completion. If they are born, that is wonderful, all life is special, but that doesn't mean that if they haven't already been born, that they have to be. And if they're aborted, if a life other than the cells came into existence, then I will work to bring that person back, too (as well as the cells if they do prove to be alive as well), but neither does someone who has never been need to be, nor does someone who is, who shouldn't be born, be born. I believe I've addressed what I am working to do in each category. I love life and want all life to be free.
Someone who has never tasted of life, someone who has never come into existence (I don't mean a fetus that has yet to be born, but rather a person who never was), will never miss anything. Once someone has come into existence (whether in the womb or to a completed pregnancy or through any other means), I will work to bring them back, same as everyone else.
That being said, I have a plan to have infinite life come online forever by utilizing the divisible principal to facilitate the shrink down technology and infinite energy, as one unit of energy when paired with the shrink down effectively turns it into infinite energy. The plan is to give them the same as everyone else, the freedom to choose informationally with understanding, with everything reasonably obtainable, plus a perfect understanding (this perfect understanding being facilitated by my Omnilens idea). This is, in fact, part of what I'm working to bring about.
